- Site visit to Water Treatment Plant Labohan Dagang in Banting, Selangor.
- Participated in National Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Program Approach 1 State of Kelantan - Package 1 and 2 meetings
- Participated in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) visit for conductivity test
