As a advertisement content moderator, my role in the company is to ensure all the advertisements that was submitted on TikTok platform adhere to the company’s policies and regulatory requirements. My role is to review and assess all the advertisement content for accuracy, legality and making sure all the content that is being posted on the platform complies with the policy to ensure the safety of the users. This position requires meticulous attention to details, strong analytic skills, and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.

Byte Precision Sdn Bhd (Bytedance Inc - TikTok) CoreOps Specialist - KL NA team 

As a CoreOps Specialist, the task typically involves several key responsibilities and activities, ensuring that all advertisements meet platform standards, policies and regulatory requirement. 

1. Regularly reviewing advertisements submitted by the advertisers to ensure all the content that is being published comply with the platform policies, legal requirements and industry standards. 
2. Applying advertising guidelines consistently and accurately to assess whether ads meet specific criteria such as accuracy, transparency and ethical standards. 
3. Making informed decisions on whether to approve, reject or request modification to advertisements based on policy compliance and content quality. 
4. Adapting to changes in advertising policies, industry regulations and platform requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness in ad moderation. 
5. Maintaining good quality records from moderation of ads content moderated and ensure consistency in moderation practices.

Shopee Malaysia Sdn Bhd Associate - Fraud (MY) As a fraud associate, the main task is to analyze transaction, monitor user accounts and investigate suspicious buying/selling behaviour to safeguard against financial losses and maintain trust with customers. 

1. Conduct thorough investigation into suspicious transaction or buying/selling activity of an account, gathering evidence and documenting findings to support decision-making. 
2. Assessing the level of risk associated with specific transactions or accounts to determine appropriate actions. 
3. Work close with internal teams such as customer support and legal team to coordinate and share information related to fraud prevention. 
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant Shopee’s policy, regulations and industry standards related to fraud prevention and financial security.
