Position: Sales Assistant, Sales & Marketing

Since January, 2020 – 5th November, 2021 

 

Scope of Work

- After sales process, filling all the customers' details & relevant documents

- To remind Sales Person to collect balance down payment from customers before transmitting the furnished file to the Credit Admin Department

- To help maintain the tidiness of the back office (brochures, files, premium gifts, etc.)

- Stock check for the brochures, stationeries, letterheads, etc.

- Maintain the company car (refuel, send for service/repair, get quotation on the repair, etc.)

- Open E-PO & keep track on the update. Once approved, will print it & pass to the relevant person in charge

- To execute files, documents, SPAs & DMCs.  Once done execute, will contact lawyer or get Sales PIC to inform lawyer to collect.

- Process invoices given by the clerk/lawyer.  Liaise with them directly.

Scope of Work

- Answered phone calls, transferred calls to the necessary department/person requested by the caller

- Greet walk-in customers, assist them on any inquiries & direct them to the relevant sales person or customer relation representatives

- Assist own department on ad hoc tasks given especially when 
there will be a new product launching (call customers to explain on 
the new product(s) & invite them to the launching
