Nuramalia Haneesha Mazlan

I'm Nuramalia Haneesha, and I'm currently in my final year, in Bachelor of Science Human Resource Development with Honor  at University Putra Malaysia. Throughout my academic journey, I've had the opportunity to participate in various experiences that have shaped my skills and values. Currently i am looking for place internship in Position of Human Resource starting on 4 March 2024-23 August 2024 for 6 month within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area.

I was involved in during my time at university was managing a financial program as a technical role to the project and involve with Community Programme. This experience taught me the importance of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Beside academic I'm an active in extracurricular activities. I've representing our country and university as an archery athlete in national and international competitions. This journey has taught me discipline, goal setting, time management and continuous self-improvement. Within my university journey i can manage well my time with sport and study.

I also have practical work experience starting on March 2023 ,I had the opportunity becoming an archery coach Littlehood Archery Club, teaching archery skills to others. This experience taught me patience and convey complex idea in a simple and understand way as i have to communicate clearly so that they understand what have to do. Communication is the key where i have to be in two way communication with my archer, im not just teach them the skill but also values. 

Curently im on final year in Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development with Honour at University Putra Malaysia.
