Research And Development Trainee (July 2022–September 2022)

• Conduct materials testing relevant to R&D studies.
• Conduct tensile strength tests for related R&D studies samples and line monitoring samples.
• Select suitable casting lines for specific model and arrange to run trial for greenware handling and Plaster of Paris (POP) monitoring.
• Conduct R&D study, analyze data, and prepare R&D report.

• Assisted the project manager in conducting inspections, risk management, and procurement activities, ensuring project success.
• Collaborated with project managers and team members, understanding project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Supported the project manager in inspecting detailed files from M&E, including P&ID drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM), while also facilitating 5S implementation in K6 Warehouse handover.
• Updated payments for the K6 warehouse project and meticulously maintained tally values.
• Implemented 5S principles in a K3 chemical lab, fostering efficiency and organization.
