Manage Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS) service delivery and performance as stipulated in Technical Requirements and Key Performance Indicator (TRKPI), Master Agreed Procedure (MAP), Project Operations Guidelines (POG) and other relevant requirements, such as Scheduled & Unscheduled Maintenance, Uptime & Asset Management, Technical Advice, Variation Order Management and Deduction & Penalty. Monitor the implementation of BEMS by vendor according to acts and regulations. Provide periodical Performance Reports and Analysis as required. Participate in committees such as User Training or any others as identified necessary from time to time. Provide management and technical support to the hospital from time to time.

Zecon Medicare Sdn Bhd, Hospital Pakar Kanak - Kanak, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsible in checking each group of medical equipment according to its provision, power supply, water and gas. Involved in the coordination with mechanical and electrical (M&E) along with builders (Civil & Building). Take part in receiving delivery to site, delivery order (DO) checking and consultant verification upon receiving delivered goods Self checking and identification goods received. Perform internal Testing & Commissioning (TnC) with Consultant Plan and carry out final TnC with Users. Coordinate User Training for targeted Clients for all medical equipment supplied. Coordinate Corrective & Plan Preventive Maintenance work on assigned biomedical equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendation by vendor. Supervise work done by equipment distributor. Witness TnC for new equipment and complete all relevant T&C documentation and perform electrical safety test before handing over the equipment to the users. 

• June 2018 - August 2018 (Internship)

Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. 

Make sure the right corrective or breakdown services for each repairing work. Carry Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM). Providing and maintaining medical equipment in top quality. Take part in unscheduled maintenance which happened when user reported breakdown of medical equipment and needs corrective maintenance.
