Assalamualaikum & hello to everyone! I'm Nurreen Fassihah Ahmed and here is a little facts about me :


- I just received a Bachelor of Industrial Relations degree from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) (Hons). During my degree, I followed the courses that emphasize the multi-disciplines such as labor history of industrial sociology, industrial democracy, economic and political, occupational safety and health (OSH), organizational behavior, labour law, human resource management and employment relations in the formal and informal sectors.

- For your information, I used to work for ManpowerGroup as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (OJT) in the Academy Team, where my primary responsibility was to find appropriate applicants for the Graduate Employment Programme (GEP) and other regional positions.

- I performed a lot of administrative and clerical work during my internship at the Pitas District Office. Even though my industrial training only lasted three months, I was able to help this business in numerous ways to ensure that every assignment could be completed without issue.

- For the record, I have a tremendous enthusiasm for the areas of hiring, human resources, administration, and customer service.

Job Title : Talent Acquisition Recruiter (OJT)

Duration : Jul 2022 - Oct 2022

Job Scope :

• Sourcing and phone screening 64 qualified candidates in a month for the Graduate Employment Programme August intake by ManpowerGroup. 

• Sourced for qualified candidates for RCO Technician. 

• Researched qualifications for matching with appropriate candidates and provide employment opportunities for applicants who cannot proceed to the next assessments. • Attract applicants by placing job advertisement, through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook WhatsApp, TikTok, and Telegram. 

• Managed to review and screening 148 resumes in a month from the graduates that want to apply in Graduate Employment Programme August intake. 

• Source and develop good relationship with previous associates. • Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with ManpowerGroup Recruitment standards. 

• Partner with Talent Acquisition team and admin group to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process. 

• Ensure completion of recruiting forms and candidate documents. • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission and interview arrangement • Execute activities related to talent attraction and recruitment process and campaign. • Achieve monthly target as per individual KPI target 

• Meet client’s demand and adapt to changes accordingly. 

• Intelligent routing of resumes to manager, coordinate interviews scheduling and logistics. 

• Identifies and generates talent through networking and creative sourcing method. 

• Manage risk, quick troubleshooting and prompt attendance to issue escalation. 

• Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis 

• Maintain hiring indicators/dashboard, prepare timely reports with accurate details capturing. 

• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reported submitted in a timely manner.

 

2. Pejabat Daerah Pitas, Sabah, Malaysia

Job Title : Admin Assistant (Internship Trainee)

Duration : August 2021-October 2021

Job Scope :

- Maintain, monitor, and manage the counter section in the Administration and Development Division.
- Preparing and writing official government letters for distribution to superiors
- Making photocopies of insurance policies for Development Division projects
- Receive additional instructions as needed while undergoing practical training.
- Assisting employees in the Pitas District Office's development section in stamping official documents pertaining to Pitas village and district development projects.
- Producing photocopies of payment claim documents for road maintenance project allocations.
- Assisting in the completion of necessary official documents, such as obtaining the project verification signature from the J29 engineer at the Development Unit
- Help the staff at the Administration Unit clean the Pitas District Office area.
- Help manage customers at the counter who want to get signatures from District Officers, Assistant Officers (Administration) and Assistant Officers (Development) regarding official documents such as affidavits, registration forms, and so on.
- Provide information to the villagers regarding the provision of E-Kasih.
- Making photocopies related to development projects and invoices for the provision of claim payment vouchers by contractors and suppliers.
- Helping the Office Secretary carry out duties during quarantine or sick leave.
- Accepting letters from external organizations.
- Create a "running file' and organise the file by volume.
- Organize and classify correspondence that has not been entered into the file.
- Updating the personal data of the recipients of Bantuan Sabah Prihatin 3.0
- Help answer phone calls in the secretary's room due to official matters.
