Human Resource Executive
PAYROLL
• End to end processing for employee’s payroll for about 50 headcounts.
• Process monthly payroll & statutory submissions; EPS, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and LHDN.
• Familiar with the SQL Payroll System.
• Updating and maintaining payroll records.
STAFF ENGAGEMENT
• Arranging annual dinner
• Responsible for employee relation matters & preparations of all HR letters (disciplinary, attendance, grievance) with compliance to employment law.
RECRUITMENT
• Sourcing and selection
• Conducting interview
• Preparing HR Letter (Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter and etc.)
• Conduct orientation and induction briefing for new staffs
• Responsible for recruitment process from interview until hiring.
ADMINISTRATION
• Maintain HR Records (Personal file, personal database, leave record, attendance tracking) of all employees in a proper and efficient manner.
• Provides and support consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures and guidelines as they relate to HR services, processes and programs across the Company.
• Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately, familiar with ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure all rentals, utilities, company car insurance, road tax and maintanence are renew and paid in the timely manners.
FOREIGN WORKERS
• Manage foreign worker insurance and permit renewal. Close work with Immigration & Jabatan Tenaga Kerja.
• Preparing for worker hostel to ensure meet with government laws and requirements.
• Responsible for new intake of foreign workers from Bangladesh by familiar with FWCMS website. TRAINING
• Arranging training related matters to meet training needs.
• Familiar with etris website, application for grant in HRDCorp.
