Assista Quantity Surveyor, Technical and Project Manager in monitoring and managing of site operation and activities.
 Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
 Track changes to the design and construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
 Liase with client and other construction pfofessionals such as site manager, project managers and site engineers.
 Price or forecast the cost of the different materials needed on site.
