Job Title: Purchasing Officer Duties : ~ Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials such as piping, Fastener, stainless steel, electrode, generator and etc. 

~In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, prepare price comparison, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules. 

~Open account & close account for gases supply for every project.

 ~Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. 

~Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors & Sub-contractor. 

~Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and  best prices and ensure all the criteria are meet according to the organizational requirements and expectation 

~ Liaise with site engineer and site manager purpose brand, spec to client. 

~Assist procurement manager to transfer buyer code in the SAP system to our colleague and delegate the task

Qualification :Bachelor Of Banking With Honours (UUM) 2006 - 2009 

                         Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) 2004 - 2005 

                         Malaysian University English Test (MUET) 2005 

                        Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2003
