Assembly Operator (JULY 2023 - SEPTEMBER 2023)

  • Install LCD Holder Cover and LCD hotbar on PCB,so the LCD will not tear apart from PCB.
  • Press the LCD that have been install all the materials using Pressing Fixtures (Pneumatic Pressing machine with timer ) in 8 seconds based on WorkInstructions(WI) given.
  • Inspect and check visually the PCB before release to next stations.
  • Do some rework if front station send back the PCB.


CELESTICA MALAYSIA SDN BHD,KULIM,KEDAH
Final Quality Assurance ( 2021 - FEBRUARY 2023 )

  • Inspect full PCB using microscope, LED and UV magnifier and some jigs to get correct thickness and height of solder measurement on PCB.
  • Check the PCBs based on Quality Instructions or (QUAN) given that already key-in in the computer systems.
  • Must scan PCB’s barcode to know which QI and drawing need to follow.
  • Write some Critical Reports if PCB have defects on Defect Cards given by
    Supervisor.

  • Stacking and potting the PCB using epoxy based on ratio and percentage given in systems,so that the IC and other components not moving when ship to customers. 
  • All process must refer to Build Aid that already made by Engineer in computer systems.
  • Do some reworks if other stations send back the products.
