My name is Petula and I am currently seeking for work from home/ remote work from home opportunities.

I attained experienced as a conveyancing lawyer since 2012. I handled numerous drafting of SPA agreements independently, liaise with lawyers and financier lawyers, developer, clients and send required letters. 

Further, i did writing of wills, attended to perfection of transfer and charge cases, discharge of charge, lost title cases and transfer and transmission matters. Previously i worked hand in hand with a team of loan experts on all conveyancing matters.

Also, i gained experience in data research work and data entry as well for a China company this year. I am good and proficient in writing and speaking english and mandarin.

Besides the above, i assissted and worked for UMobile in telemarketing line by promoting their corporate line, which helps me gained valuable experience in communication and phone calls skills.
