Leading the planning, management, execution and expansion of
consulting mandates related to GHG Assessment and reporting, carbon
offset project development, monitoring and verification.

With extensive experience in GHG assessment and reporting, carbon offset project development, monitoring, and verification, I have led the planning, management, execution, and expansion of consulting mandates related to these areas. I have contributed to the development of Malaysia's voluntary carbon market exchange and the formulation of the National Carbon Pricing Strategy for Malaysia, while also providing consultation and support for the decarbonization of events and businesses in various sectors. My experience includes creating carbon credit methodologies and conducting feasibility studies for renewable energy and nature-based projects, as well as executing carbon offset and renewable energy credit purchases for clients and subsidiaries of YTL Corporation. I have presented capacity building trainings and carbon neutrality certification consultation for clients in diverse sectors, such as events management, aquaculture, power, resources, packaging, and property sectors. Additionally, I have consolidated data and produced high-quality GHG inventory reports for YTL Corporation's businesses in several sectors.

I hold a Bachelors in Forestry Science (Majoring in Wood Science & Technology) from the University Putra Malaysia, and a Masters in Sustainability Science from the University of Malaya, completed in August 2022. During my undergraduate studies, I was honored with the Gold Award at the 4th International Innovation Design and Articulation Competition, represented Malaysia and received a special award at The International Junior Forest Contest in Russia, and represented Malaysia at the World Universities Debating Championship in Cape Town, South Africa. Additionally, I was invited to speak at The American Embassy and Global Changemakers' Sustainable Development Goals Workshop, as well as the University of Malaysia Pahang's Youth Speak Forum by AISEC. I also received recognition for academic excellence through the Dean's List Academic Achievement Award during my Masters studies.
