With a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Material Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a strong academic background, I am excited to contribute my technical skills and knowledge to your esteemed organization. As highlighted in my resume, I have a current CGPA of 3.782 and I possess hands-on experience in the quality assurance department during my internship at Qdos Interconnect Sdn Bhd. This experience allowed me to conduct various projects, such as incoming quality control (IQC) for Sputter Copper Clad Laminate (SCCL) and Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL). I also utilized techniques like XRF, SEM-EDX, and digital microscopy to characterize SCCL and FCCL effectively. 

Additionally, I participated in the full process of producing flexible printed circuit boards (FPC) and integrated circuit substrates (ICS) which are highly related with production of semiconductors. During my past role, I also actively participated in process improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, or troubleshooting activities and this demonstrates my problem-solving abilities, which are vital for a quality engineer and process engineer. Furthermore, I am highly proficient in lean manufacturing and statistical process control, which I acquired during my academic journey. My knowledge in metallurgy, mechanical testing, and process optimization enables me to approach material engineering challenges with a robust analytical mindset and practical skills.

Position : Intern as aQuality Assurance Engineer

Period : 13th March 2023 - 2nd July 2023

 Identified quality of new incoming materials like Sputter Copper Clad Laminate (SCCL) and Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL) by conducting various projects such as incoming quality control (IQC).
 Tested flash copper etching and tie layer etching for new incoming materials.
 Performed various techniques such as warpage measurements and peel strength
measurements to ensure acceptable quality for the incoming materials.
 Characterized SCCL and FCCL using XRF, SEM-EDX and digital microscope which is known as Keyence.
 Participated in the full process flow of producing flexible printed circuit board (FPC) and integrated circuit substrate (ICS).
 Worked with the quality assurance department for updating daily and weekly reports of outgoing quality control (OQC) and in process quality control (IPQC).
 Collaborated with the certificate of conformance (COC) team to make moulds and perform cross sections under Keyence.
 Identified the defects on outgoing materials and complete customer reports accordingly.
 Practiced Ink Soak Test for checking quality of traces (Hp customer’s products).
