Since October 2018, I have been a transaction processing analyst/ platform experience associate working on a social media content for Cambodian market and monetisation platform in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and currently is Accenture’s employee

Working as a transaction processing analyst contractor for a well known social media project for IT Business Solutions Sdn Bhd, in KL, Malaysia. The typical day consists of reviewing queues/jobs IDs that could potentially violate the policies of the social platform. There are on the job training, policy updates, weekly quiz, and dispute resolutions as a daily production time.  Thoroughly scan through the content with attention and put note for the inappropriateness on graphics and audio as well as language usage. As a reviewer, I make a decision based on the global policies and Cambodian market knowledge, and I am responsible for any errors made and make sure the reviewing quality of the market is high and meets client's expectations

Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance, having partly studied through F1 to F9, (ACCA route) at BPP University, in Birmingham, Feb 2015- June 2017 

Major/Skills: Master of Science Business Management at University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, with a dissertation topic of an Assessment on Buy-to-Let and Its Impacts on the Affordability Level of First-Time Buyers and Impeded First Time Buyers in England, completed in September 2014
