I am committed and passionate about being the best teacher for all children I can teach. I work hard to positively influence the lives of children, their parents, and my fellow teachers. As a Mathematics Coordinator, my job includes observing and guiding math lessons of Primary math teachers, assisting them in their assessments, journals feedback, lesson planning and resources. I also assist the HOD (Head of the Department in organizing math competitions and selecting teams). Additionally, I lead the Year 6 team, providing guidance and mentorship to other teachers. I establish and maintain a classroom environment that facilitates physical, social/emotional, and intellectual development. I counsel children when social, academic, or adjustment concerns arise.
