In my most recent role, I worked closely with top management to provide detailed weekly and monthly project reports, budget planning, contract reviews, and technical documentation such as HLDs and LLDs. I also led the development of KPIs, managed incident reporting and RCA validation, performed vendor evaluations, and prepared bi-weekly infrastructure and application audit reports. This hands-on involvement ensured strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and sustained service delivery.

During a recent career break, I remained deeply engaged in the evolving IT landscape. I actively tracked best practices in cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, system resilience, and risk mitigation. I also explored emerging technologies including cloud computing, virtualization, AI, and advanced cybersecurity frameworks. My commitment to continuous learning reflects my belief in bridging the gap between potential and performance — both for myself and the teams I lead.

In parallel, I supported a relative’s retail business by implementing a Point-of-Sale system and establishing their presence on e-commerce platforms. This hands-on project not only revitalized their operations but significantly improved profitability and scalability — a practical demonstration of how I apply IT to solve real-world business challenges.
