With 4 years of experience in PHD journey research, I have a proven track record of success. I have been actively involved in a biotechnology company  for a year, witnessing and adapting to its ever-evolving landscape. This extensive tenure has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's nuances, trends, and challenges, enabling me to navigate complex situations with ease.

My passion lies in advancing scientific knowledge and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the biotechnology field.  This passion has consistently fueled my dedication and commitment to achieving outstanding results. It drives me to constantly stay updated with the latest industry developments, think creatively, and bring innovative ideas to the table. I firmly believe that when you are passionate about what you do, it transcends into your work, resulting in exceptional outcomes.

Throughout my doctoral research, I focused on stem cell and toxicology research. My work involved genetic and epigenetic toxicology studies on murine stem cells induced by benzene which is known as blood cancer inducer. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in cutting-edge biotechnological techniques, data analysis, and experimental design.My Ph.D. journey instilled in me a deep appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with scientists from various disciplines, including molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics. These experiences have honed my communication skills, adaptability, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic research environment.

In addition to my research expertise, I have developed a range of transferable skills that are highly relevant to the biotechnology industry. These include:

Project Management: Successfully planning, organizing, and executing complex research projects, coordinating resources, and meeting project deliverables and deadlines.

Data Analysis: Proficiency in utilizing statistical software, such as SPSS, to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.

Scientific Writing and Communication: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate scientific findings through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and grant proposals.
