Multitask Experience 

Please find below a short briefing about my scope of work:-

1) To prepare quotations and liaise with clients .
2) To issue Purchase Order, liaise with supplier / subcon and negotiate price with them.Looking for source material which is required for project material.
3) Issue Delivery Order - Arrange goods delivered to site in time and check incoming stock in order.Manage logistics/shipping arrangements for incoming shipments and liaise with Forwarding agency.
4) Issue Invoice / Claim for completed project. 
5) Responsible for applying, renewing and upgrading licenses such as CIDB, UPKJ,PKK, FFO. Also responsible for applying for a new application for Vendor registration.   
6) Responsible for Tender Submission and compilation and to check daily Tender Website - To prepare Enclosure/Catalogue/Specifications required). 

7) Assist Engineer to submit site monthly progress report and Assist QS in Monthly Interim Payment Certificate. 

8) Assist Engineer and QS prepare Presentation Slide for monthly site meeting.


 

HR Scope :

Handle staff database,annual leave,medical, reimbursement claim, Payroll,OT and wages for foreign workers, arrange accommodation for foreign workers,  Responsible for recruitment and interview, HR Correspondence & HR Report , arrange travel / outstation booking flights & hotel for Managing Director, Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.

-Monitoring outstanding payment received from Client & attending a meeting
with them.
