My name is Nur Ridwana Maisarah Binti Mohamad Rizal, I am final year student in Bachelor Public Management with minor in Entrepreneurship that related with business studies at University Utara Malaysia with current CGPA 3.82. My deep interest lies in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the private sector, where innovation, agility and growth opportunities thrive. My diverse skill set, including adaptability, strategic thinking and a proven ability to drive measurable results, positions me as an asset ready to achieve objectives and contribute to the company's success.

During my internship at Penang State Government under Economic Planning Unit, I participate in meeting regarding project implementation, tender and engagement with Penang House of Music. Not only that, I also had experience in working at Sushi King Sdn Bhd as part time worker almost one year during COVID-19 to pursue my degree at UUM. I had learned about teamwork's importance for smooth operations, developed excellent customer communication skills using an iPad for orders, recommended popular affordable menu items, successfully promoted the Hanjuku cheese cake selling out in 15 minutes by engaging with tables, and became a favored employee due to their hardworking nature, willingness to work overtime and holidays, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service for maintaining the company's positive image.
