Rifa Fauziah

I am an undergraduate student at Universiti Sains Malaysia majoring Computer Science (Computing infrastructure). I learnt fundamentals of computer science, encompassing concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. My educational journey has equipped me with hands-on exposure involving problem-solving, coding, and collaborative ventures with fellow students.

As a 3rd-year Computer Science student, I have engaged in several projects and internships that have allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. I undertook a 3-month internship as a Web Penetration Tester, where I was tasked with identifying and reporting security vulnerabilities. This role significantly improved my understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, and how they apply in safeguarding web applications.

 In my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in key areas such as data structures, algorithms, hardware, software development, network security, etc. I am also keenly aware of the importance of effective communication and collaboration, especially when coordinating requests and responses to and from regulators. My experiences in team projects and presentations have honed my communication skills, making me well-prepared to manage these crucial interactions.
