Hi, I'm Ronald Panugaling 36 years old, I have been working in the Telecommunication for 16 years of OSP Management Implementation Projects since 2006, ADSL, VDSL, IPTV, FTTH, PABX (PRIVATE BRANCH EXCHANGE, Microwave (VSAT) Installation. Supervision of FTTX Projects both Underground – HDD & Open Trench or Micro Trench, Aerial installation of 144/288 Fiber direct buried and lots of Manholes / Hand holes installation, FTTH/MSAN/MDU cabinets and lot of FTTBs connectivity including testing and commissioning, Network Designer both Civil and Fiber using Auto Cad, NE, GIS, MS VISIO, Micro station for ODN/FTTH/FITL, FTTBTS RING, CELL sites. 

I am Knowledgeable in OSP Management Telecom Projects, Site Supervision. Knowledge using Fusion Splicer Machine, Laser Source, Power Meter, Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) and Transmission Impairment Measuring Set (TIMS-HP), knowledgeable in HDD Techniques for implementation. Driving, Micro Soft Excel, Word, Power Point, PMCS - Database, AUTO CAD, NE, Arc GIS, Micro station. Equipment configurations Huawei and Ericson and all kind of router configurations for ADSL and VDSL and IPTV, RAN (Radio Access Network).RBS2000, RBS3000, RBS6000. HUAWEI- MA5800T, MA5616, MA5603T, MA5818T, MA5600T. PABX Installation on buildings & Configuration including troubleshooting.

I've been graduated at University Of San Carlos, Cebu City, Philippines, taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Major in Business General - 2002-2006
