As an all-rounded LAM Part II Architect with 8 years of experience in leading and developing design concepts and construction development of local and international projects, I am confident in my ability to contribute to your team and to further my professional development.  

Throughout my career, I have been involved in a variety of projects ranging from single luxury dwellings to multi residential, aged-care developments, and mixed-use master planning. My expertise lies in developing design concepts and overseeing the construction process from start to handover. I have worked closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality. 

I understand the importance of collaboration and believe that communication is key to the success of any project and have been praised for my ability to work with others towards a common goal.  While I have gained a broad range of experience in my career so far, I am excited to explore new challenges and opportunities as I’m looking forward to apply my skills and knowledge to new and exciting projects and to further develop my expertise in this area.

Lead design and development of heritage building, multi-residential and aged care projects, collaborating with clients and consultants to develop solutions that meet project goals and budgets.

 Manage and coordinate with project teams of consultants and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget.  

Conduct client-consultant meeting, site visits and assessments to ensure adherence to design plans and standards, inform design decisions and ensure construction meets project requirements.  

Liaise with local authority to ensure the project complies with all applicable regulations and standards set by the authorities and to obtain necessary approvals and permits required for construction.  

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and contracts ensuring timely and successful project completion.  Serve as point of contact for clients, communicating project progress and updates to ensure client satisfaction.  

Prepare construction documents and provide construction administration services.  

Collaborate with senior interior designers in creating design concepts and presentations.  

Coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and products.
