My current responsibility at Jape Group International is to maintance of Grounds and Facilities of all properties under the Company’s care (Mall, Factory Outlet, Office, Hotel, Apartments, real estate and Golf Course). Reviewing planning and implementation, department efficiency, financial reporting, and submittal for capital expenditures. To work with the local Authority bodies to ensure compliance of Local Building Laws and Regulations for all properties.

Responsibility at Spirit AeroSystems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is to manage operation & maintenance of facilities, system & machineries, supervise & coordinate project and manage a toolcrib department. I have been receiving a Managing Director’s Award. This award is given to selected employees who have contributed above and beyond the call of duty and has shown excellence in their performance. I have taken on many additional responsibilities such as sport committee, annual dinner committee, green building committee, and EHS committee. I also appointed as internal auditor for EHS, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. I believe with these additional responsibilities and my experiences, I will contribute something to your company.

My task at Sime Darby Brunsfield is to manage O&M of our properties, manage tenants and related document such as tenancy agreement, to setup AGM meeting for new strata building and others related work and to manage new and enhancement project.

Before that I was joined PBJV Group Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Project Engineer to handle the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of biodiesel B5 storage and blending facilities and Its associated accessories at Labuan, Sepangar Bay, Sandakan and Miri production delivery center fuel terminal. This is a fast track project, as a contractor it was expose me in tough time managing project. I have to deal with very strict client because of safety is top priority in oil and gas industry, I have to comply with various authority requirement, to review high quality spec of design and material and to make sure all related document in place on time and make an efficient filing for final document submission. Oil and gas industry teach me a lot of things that make me better person that I never experienced before during managing project. I’m lucky has been selected to manage this project. 

My task at Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn. Bhd. is to implementing strategic O&M of M&E systems for external FM contracts to meet client’s expectations. At the same time I get involve in handing over work for KLIA2 project. This is a big task that have I to handle, I hope towards this exercise and all the knowledge that I have learned it would be beneficial both for me and company.
