Samuel Leong

 I am highly motivated and progress-focused person equipped with emergency assistance and care to casualties at any incident scenario. Whenever I am in a position that is out of my elements, adaptation comes by default mode, as one of my life mottos: like to learn & learn to like.

Not only trained, but also competent to conduct Urine, Drugs and Alcohol Test (UDAT), complying with Petronas’s HSSE. Competent in scheduled waste management where I may segregate hazardous waste at site as per Environmental Quality Act 1974, Malaysia. On top of that, I have a Diploma in OSH and NEBOSH IGC on Occupation Health and Safety, two birds with one stone in terms of legal requirements for Malaysian legislation and International Labour Standard for OSH. I have just applied for my DOSH Green Book Application and is in mid of review by DOSH Officials (DOSH Green Book Interview on 05th July 2023).

In my current role, I contributed leadership, decision-making for shut-down preparation. I am working with Dayang Enterprise, hence familiar with IOSP’s system of work and policies that has kept everyone safe. I enjoy collective brain storming sessions along colleagues which may help coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.

Worked in Fabrication Warehouse, Offshore Production & Maintenance and  Onshore Receiving Plants and office for admintration, planning and management.
