I’m Sarita Pillay who is currently attached in renewable energy industry in Scatec Malaysia, would like to seek for a new career opportunity in Human Resource department. I’m currently holding a Regional Senior Human Resource Manager supporting Asia in strategic role. I’ve attached in Scatec Malaysia nearly 4 years plus and learn on project-based assignment which enhanced my knowledge in operations, project coordination and financial management throughout my services. I was the first pioneer in management team who set up the solar plant, implemented new policies and started our operations last November 2018. Handled a few projects in various sites and regions helped me to obtain a lot of new learning curves in my journey while setting up this plant. I worked very closely with the Norwegian and Brazilian engineering team such as involved in tenders, contracts, plan the project accordingly, handle Capex and ‘Opex accounts, liaise with governmental bodies and external service providers. As for now, I am open to move to other organization with a new knowledge expertise, provided with on job training if it’s required. I comprehensively adore working with my new role together with my team and wish to be apart with the organization to learn more in other profession and continue to progress my career within the organization. With this, I am planning to contribute my expertise to the new organization. I love to explore other countries’ regulations and practices in my new job responsibilities to accomplish new challenges that will lead me to upgrade my experiences and knowledge in advance. I’m an enthusiastic and self-motivated person who strives to achieve the best. Besides, I’m well-structured in my work and performed well with a diverse range of responsibilities which is clearly illustrated by my past success which leads me to seek for a new challenge to keep me on my toes. Apart from it, I do have a great experience in multi-role that exposed me to work closely with different types of working environment, resulting that I can handle any work pressure.
