Im a passionate on engineering and have a wide range of technical knowledge on the industries that i have involve in so far such as semiconductor assembly and also hard disc industry. 

Roles and responsibilities: 

-Manage Seagate Johor site CapEX, plan and spending’s with a team of project engineering, consist of draftsman, project engineers and software engineers.

-Manage team projects and review with the engineers on the strategy, timeline, cost management, risk management, issues etc.

-Communicate with the global CapEX team and site management team on justifying, securing, and managing the budget within the planned/projected spending’s. 

-Manage CapEX projects base on the customer and site requirement for the future product and development path including turnkey projects.

-Write and review statement of the work (SOW) on the requirements, based on customer needs (R&D, operations, engineering team etc.)

-Using tools like KT analysis (Kepner-Tregoe), RA (Risk Assessment) to define vendor or equipment supplier that can meet the SOW to work on with to deliver the Project.

-Access vendors proposals specially on technical scope of work on defining the correct solutions that can meet customers need.

-Proven experience in delivering significant CAPEX investment projects. 

With strong engineering background and interest ideally within a process manufacturing environment. 

-Leading a thermal imaging program for manufacturing team under Corporate EHS requirement. Under this program, managing 4 certified imagers to image 600 tools yearly and report the abnormality for corrective action and long-term corrective actions.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electronics and Electrical Engineering major in Electrical
