Experience
-Perform outbound calls to existing, new and potential customers in order to understand their concerns and promote right services.
-Keep records of calls and useful information in the system.
-Assist potential customers to do account registration.
-Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization.
-Handle sales, products & services enquiries.
-Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.
-Interface with customers via phone call and emails to attend to their general enquiries for rates, shipments booking and follow up shipment status.
-Responsible for liaison with product operation colleagues to ensure that customer’s requirements are met with providing shipment update and document readiness on time.
-Provide support to internal and external customers to achieve optimum workflow efficiency for the department and Company.
-Maintain accountability and accuracy for updating and meeting deadlines for monthly reports required by management.
-To provide support to branch level as and when needed / assign by Branch Manager.
Education
I have completed SPM(Highest secondary education) and do continued my Diploma in business administration but quit in halfway due to some financial hiccups.
