Experience
- Manage all operation and needs from administration, finance and project.
- Prepared all document such as quotation, purchase order, invoice and all project form as monthly report, RFI, bank recon.
- Dealing/liase with subcontractor, supplier and bankers related project and company.
- Ensure all company licenses remain active to participate in government and private tenders.
- Do and check the filling system in the office for all department.
- Do monthly expenses, subcontractor and suppliers payment also project P&L. Make a payment for staff, subcontractor and suppliers.
- Do payroll for all staff include overtime, allowance and monthly petty cash.
- Assist all tender submission and prepared mandatory documents.
- Do audit ISO 9001:2015. Have a certificate recognized by the auditor as QMR MS ISO 9001:2015 and MS ISO 14001:2015.
