1.Trainee Counsellor in University Tenaga Nasional.

 My name is Sri Turkavathe Mariadass. I have completed my Master’s in Guidance and Counseling in University Putra Malaysia (UPM) as a fulltime student in 2023 with overall 3.83 CGPA. I would like to express my sincere interest for any counselling related position in your organization. Thus, I would like to imply my theoretical knowledge by facilitating with diverse clients and empower them to navigate life’s challenges efficacious.

Throughout the journey I have exposed with multiple areas of sub-counselling with flying colors such as Individual counselling, Group counselling, Career Development, Clinical Diagnosis, Legal and Counselling Professional Ethics, Multicultural Counselling and added with Supervision in Counselling. I also have thrivingly accomplished 252 hours of practicum in UPM Community Clinic and 504 hours in University Tenaga National as a counselor in their counselling unit with demonstrating significant change on each individual’s life. My experience working at UPM Community Clinic UNITEN Counselling Unit afforded me the opportunity to develop new therapeutic skills and expand on personal attributes vital to the therapeutic process. 

I am confident that I have the skill and experience that you are looking for in any counselling related roles. I am a career passionate, detail-orientated and willing to go extra mile whenever I am needed too. I am also a quick learner and I am eager to take on new challenges in new environment. I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment and working with each individual to develop customized plan to improve their quality of life.

Along with that I am in the midst of obtaining license from Malaysia Board of counseling (LKM). Apart from that I am also holding Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies from University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 2013 were equipped me great fundamental skill in communication which vital for counselling.
