I am a Certified Associate Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in managing construction, commissioning, and operation of Bio-Gas Power Plants (RE) in peninsular Malaysia. I aspire to advance myself on becoming a successful project manager, continue to strive towards gaining and, expanding my engineering knowledge to meet various organizational goals.

• Demonstrated history of managing construction sites and resolving critical technical problems.
• Developing O&M programs for different types of Biogas systems for performance optimization.
• Assisting PMT, acting as a focal point, and working collaboratively with contractors to establish a system of operation, safe working environment, and implementation of efficient project planning.
• Successfully, completing construction and commissioning of three (3) power plants to a fully operational state with minimal recorded downtime and eliminating observed inefficiencies by applying cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Possessing a strong understanding of the Biogas process, operation performance optimization, design calculations, and quality control.
• Building rapport and maintaining a sustainable relationship with government authorities such as SEDA, TNB, and DOE to facilitate approvals.
• Creating and delivering technical training programs to the plant heads and operators and ensuring they are fit to work independently, able to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision while not compromising on the quality of work produced.
