Out of my 12-years of working experiences in hotel industry, I have been to improve, guide, training and knowledge on managing hotel operation and sales which direct for the six months high occupancies & revenues.

I believe with my abilities, passions and past working experiences in hotel industry, I have gained management techniques and skills from all aspects. With these keys, I will able to improve hotel overall aspects and bring up a good guest experience stay.
