Being an Outlet Officer in DHL Express Malaysia , I have to train new staff as well as lodging shipment for customers after checking destination requirement and performing 100% inspection on the shipment to avoid any prohibited items to be shipped out . I am also the in charge of handling emails on the custom requirements and customers queries .
