This is Lucy from Viet Nam, this is a good time for me to start a new job and I expect a job ( Korean speaking) in Malaysia as I have friends there. Before, I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for a few years. I started working in the Hotel/ Travel Industry in Viet Nam first, then moved to Malaysia for a Banking Project and just resigned from April, 2023. 

For me, Travel Industry and Banking seem to match my characteristics, so I am seeking for a new opportunity in those industries. I can speak English and Korean well. My Korean Language level is around topik 4 and English is around B2 to C1, I am willing to work as billingual position.

My experience was about Travel, Banking and Finance. I have few years working after my graduation in Viet Nam and more than one year abroad. Mostly, I worked on cases to deal with customers to resolve the issues related to usage, fee, policies and took high awareness of violation, disputes and anti-money laundering.

 I was also trained to work for a call center ( chat, email and inbound call) and be confident to be on live with the customers.

My background was about Business Adminstration, it seemed general knowledge but I also had opportunities to study various things in Uni. I could mention some useful subjects that I spent time studying such as Accounting, Finance Background, Human Resource Management. Those were not too much, however it helped me to have a overview about business.
