Interpret PCB Model BOM list with Microsoft Excel Vlookup from various type of clients Liaise with Clients for PCB design discussion and rectification of BOM list. Manage the time to program machine data and part data for new model. Able to use PT200 System for CAD data conversion and part library update. Able to operate Panasonic Chip Mounter machine and modify the angle correction. Troubleshoot problems on Chip Mounter from time to time. Produce report on machine breakdown and pick up ratio performance. Monitor Oven reflow temperature and modify necessary settings to increase the quality of the PCB models. Able to program JUKI Chip Mounter using HLC program which required manual setting and part library updates. Evaluate the stability of the stencil used from time to time and support manager for stencil design opening. Monitor technician and guide them on machine troubleshooting and part data modification during operation. Prepared and reviewed engineering specifications for IATF inspection and can use X­ray machine for BGA insertion. Investigate quality issues and provide counter measure support for quality department Provide project timeline schedule to manager during new product introduction Analyse and troubleshoot during new product introduction Continuous improvement of pick and place yield and output performance. Awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Responsible for evaluating new equipment to improve process capability. Complete yearly product target achievement by ensuring the completion of SMT programs for production and keep up an optimal cycle time. Reduce and rectify quality problems and support/assist the manager to lead engineering team Performs routine and non-routine duties according to the order and instructions of the HOD. Is authorized to prepare data relating to engineering control matters, process flow ,Quality issues & operation standard Implement new ideas to improve engineering team knowledge and efficiency. Implement new work procedures to maintain a quality environment
