Vishasandirigan Ramamurthi

My name is Vishasandirigan and I'm currently working as a Test Engineer in Aztech Technologies. I'm a recent graduate on Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from University Malaysia Pahang.

As a Test Engineer, I assume responsibility for a comprehensive range of manufacturing test issues, spanning from system setup, evaluation, and commissioning to executing production test instructions. This includes overseeing test instrument calibration, configuring specialized test setups, ensuring environmental control, and upholding safety compliance during product testing. I actively strive for continuous enhancements in test yield across all facets, aiming to maximize coverage, capacity, and quality of production output. Troubleshooting and guaranteeing that test systems are tailored for operational ease and seamless integration into production, while also focusing on minimizing downtime, constitute key aspects of my role. I extend support to various cross-functional departments and customers, participating in test evaluations and driving timely resolutions for customer requests and concerns. Additionally, I take charge of rectifying test instrument deviations from specified tolerances, ensuring meticulous documentation and backup of all test records. A paramount concern is ensuring strict adherence to company Manufacturing Test Standards, fostering a secure, hazard-free operational environment. I prioritize adherence to both standardized and custom test specifications to assure that products meet required quality benchmarks for each customer. Maintaining meticulous records, tracking progress, and implementing changes as needed for compliance are integral components of my daily routine. I also conduct Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies to bolster our quality control measures, and meticulously structure documentations like Work Instructions (WI) to streamline production processes. Moreover, I manage debug Work In Progress (WIP) inventories with a focus on minimizing excess levels. Lastly, I readily undertake any other assigned duties that may arise from time to time.

I am proud to hold an Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering, which I earned from the esteemed University Malaysia Pahang. This accomplishment stands as a testament to my dedication and aptitude in the field of engineering, showcasing a solid foundation in the principles and applications of mechanical systems. My academic journey at this renowned institution equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities within the realm of mechanical engineering. It commenced with foundational studies in mathematics, physics, and engineering basics, gradually progressing towards specialized coursework tailored to mechanical engineering. Subjects encompassed engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, materials science, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and control systems. Additionally, a strong emphasis was placed on ethics and professionalism in engineering practice. The culmination of the program involved a substantial independent project or thesis, providing practical application of acquired knowledge. Furthermore, practical experience was gained through internships or co-op opportunities, further enhancing my proficiency in real-world engineering practices. This distinguished educational background reflects my high level of dedication and accomplishment in the realm of mechanical engineering.
