I am writing to express my interest in a civil engineering position. As a final year Bachelor of Civil Engineering student at University Malaysia Pahang, I have completed my studies in July and I am excited to start my career in a sutiable company that suits with my career development

INTERNSHIP IN JK PILLARS SDN BHD (SITE SUPERVISOR)

• Supervise the project and assist the site engineer
• Concreting slab and plinth
• Identifying type of reinforcement bars used based on the drawing 
• Inspection with QAQC inspector and QAM for the incoming materials and concrete structures.
• Assist project engineer and manager to prepare documents related to the site work.
• Documents prepared are Method Statement, HIRARC, Work permit ,Pre task plan, Material inspection checklist, Pre task planning(safety document)
• Assist site engineer to check site conditions from time to time based on the drawing.

Throughout my studies, I have been a hardworking and dedicated student, maintaining good grades and actively participating in my courses. In addition to my coursework, I have taken extra courses in AutoCAD and Civil 3D from Autodesk to further enhance my skills and understanding of civil engineering.

I also possess excellent skills in various civil engineering-related software including Hecras, Civil Design and Survey (CDS), Tekla Structural Design, MS Office, ARCGIS, and ANSYS CivilFEM. My final year project focused on sea structures such as bridges, where I conducted research on the structural integrity and load carrying capacity of reinforced concrete beams exposed to the mechanism of corrosion. My interest in offshore areas and the corrosion mechanism that occurs in offshore structures drove me to undertake this research.
