Software Engineer Intern

• As a software engineer intern participated in web development project for one of the Malaysia governmental organisations, involved in front and back-end development via Javascript, Vue.js, Node.js, and RESTFul APIs. 

IT Business Analyst

March 2021 - Nov 2021, EDESK SDN BHD

• As an IT business analyst, I responsible to gather requirements from business users, translate and document requirements into functional and technical specifications. Act as a bridge of communication between clients (business users, IT, and etc.) and internal IT team on requirements or feedback gathered. Documentation tasks such as preparing training documents, SIT, and UAT scripts. Involved in facilitating SIT and UAT sessions with business users together with technical team. Presentation on showcasing system to gather feedback to project stakeholders.

Technology Consultant (SAP)

Dec 2021 - Current, Ernst & Young (EY)

• Joined as SAP consultant, started with working on Application Management Services (AMS) support, and some internal projects/ proof of concept projects to pick up necessary technical skills. First involved in supporting a project which involved in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation for an entity of a Malaysia Construction and Investment company that is based in India, I am responsible and assisted in SIT, UAT, directly communicate with users to gather feedback and new requirements where applicable. Moving forward until now, I'm involved in SAP S/4HANA upgrade project where I am working in SAP BW and SAP BPC, I have assisted in working and documenting project blueprint with the leads, prepare testing scripts (SIT, UAT, unit testing where applicable), liaise with business users directly on clarifications on requirements, and etc., conduct training and UAT with users. I am also involved in cut-over activities for projects that I am currently involved as well as the previous projects that I have worked on.

I have graduated from Taylor's University, Malaysia in Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) with minor in Data Science.
