My current position is Assistant IT Executive in Wilmar PGEO Packaging Division.

I'm overall in-charge of Project for BOM preparation and planning high level timeline for project rollout. During the project planning and implementation phase, I used to engage with the business user and implementation team together with the Project Manager to come up with the best solution that the system can help to. I am familiar with IT hardware sourcing based on project requirements with vendors for different hardwares on multiple projects. Also, I experienced arranging meetings with distributors or suppliers for price negotiation and requested for bulk order based on project units. I handle staff on and off boarding for hardware or software arrangement as well. I'm also handling IT hardware or software end-user support and troubleshooting IT issues and managing them through the JIRA system.

-Prepare BOM and planning for high level timeline for projects rollout
-IT hardware sourcing for different projects
-Site visit to different factories to evaluate business operation on the ground
-Assist project team to assess project risks and issues and provide solutions
where applicable
-Handle IT infrastructure, supporting for IT issues, staff on and off boarding
hardware and software arrangement and track it in JIRA system
-Project experience : Lab Information Management System (Global),
-Warehouse Management System (Finished Goods, Packaging Materials &
Spare parts), SAP Human Resource System (HCM), Electronic Permit To Work
