I am a seasoned fresh graduate mechanical engineer with a wealth of experience in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. My expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, along with my proficiency in calculations, has allowed me to excel in various roles throughout my career. During my internship at Top Glove, I was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems, including production machinery and facilities. I also took part in R&D projects and provided technical support to other departments. I also worked on an improvement project to study the optimum purging duration to enhance the stripping efficiency of the RASM station. As a mechanical supervisor at Eco World Construction Company, I oversaw all machinery and equipment installations, conducting routine checks and maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. During my degree studies, I had the opportunity to work on a unique project that aimed to enhance the energy efficiency of a piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting system. The goal of the project was to optimize the system's performance and increase the amount of energy that could be harvested from the surrounding environment. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia with a CGPA of 3.34/4.0 and a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) from Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah with a CGPA of 3.63/4.0. During my degree, I worked on a comprehensive energy audit project aimed at identifying and reducing energy consumption on the university campus. I am a continuous learner and am always seeking new challenges to improve my skills and knowledge.

• Watch over glove quality and ensure that the target for glove output is met.   

• Research equipment design and complete some re-engineering work. With the purpose of increasing process parameter uniformity through engineering, helping the executive (production/manufacturing) with data analysis and problem-solving.                                                                                                                     

  • organize the work schedule for the maintenance and SOP for all equipment's preventive maintenance team and employees. Prepare a report on the machine or equipment malfunction and troubleshoot it.                                             • Execute Total Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance, prepare maintenance scheduling, and also worked with the process department to approach line downtime.                                                                                         

 • Immerse ourselves in the AIVC system and also the RASM department to reduce the rejection by RASM. Equipment Maintenance work on the RASM station.
