Zahir Azmi

I am a software engineering student at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, with a strong foundation in Python, Java, HTML, PHP, SQL, CSS, and Dart. I have also completed certifications in Google Project Management and Networking Basics, demonstrating my ability to learn new skills and apply them to real-world scenarios.

I am passionate about developing innovative and user-friendly applications that solve real problems and create value for users. I am open for internships that will challenge me and help me grow as a software engineer. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to real-world projects and contribute to the success of the organization.

My most recent work experience was as a game tester at Keywords Studios, where I collaborated effectively with a team of testers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage, resulting in a 25% reduction in post-release bug reports. I also proactively suggested game design improvements based on testing insights, enhancing the overall gameplay experience. Additionally, I have provided individualized math tutoring to university students enrolled in calculus courses, assisting over 80% of them achieve passing grades.

I graduated with a high school diploma from International School of Kuantan(ISK). I continued my studies in Concordia University pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree before transferring to International Islamic University Malaysia(IIUM). I only spent a semester and transferred to Universiti Kuala Lumpur MIIT to pursue a Software Engineering Degree. Currently in my final year and expected to graduate in August 2024.
