Currently I am working as a Crisis Management Specialist. Mainly I am handling claims and interact with client via email. Outbound needed when necessary only.
Experience
I start my career with my Internship company called Pakar Go Green Sdn Bhd. My position at that time is engineer and business development assistant. I help with in site and also in office. At that time, my company doing briquette charcoal and trying to commensal it. Next, I have experience as a cashier at Mr DIY and my point of view has change since then. Then PKP hits Malaysia, during that time, my sister and I try to make income by doing bakery businesses. We manage to do it and considered as successful. After that, I try to apply for Customer Service industry, starting by applying to Shopee and I manage to get in. Hence, that is my first job in Customer Service. I handle inquiry from Singapore customers regarding the product. Then, I move to TDCX Sdn Bhd with my current position that is Crisis Management Specialist mainly handling claims via email and outbound when necessary. Here, I learn a lot regarding escalation and how to make decision on critical matters.
Education
My secondary school is SMK Convent located at Taiping, Perak. I'm studying science stream during that time. Then I continue my study at Universiti Kuala Lumpur (MICET) located in Melaka in Bioengineering industries. Although, it is not really relevant in Customer Service, still I manage to learn how to negotiate and also communicate better with a good attitude.
