As the Research Manager at GCMAsia, I led a team of analysts to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of global currency markets. Leveraging my expertise in macroeconomic trends, geopolitical events, and technical analysis, I drive informed decision-making for our firm and clients. Below are my responsibilities while working in GCMAsia. 

Strategic Planning 
 Develop comprehensive research strategies aligned with the organization's trading objectives.

 Identify key market drivers, risks, and opportunities to inform trading decisions. 

 Collaborate with senior management to align research goals with overall company strategies. 

Market Analysis 

 Conduct thorough analysis of global financial markets including macroeconomic trends, geopolitical events, and central bank policies. 

 Monitor and interpret data related to different types of financial products, volatility, and liquidity to forecast market movements. 

 Utilize technical and fundamental analysis techniques to generate actionable insights. 

Team Leadership 

 Lead and mentor a team of market research analysts, providing guidance and training. 

 Allocate resources efficiently and set clear objectives to ensure timely and accurate research outputs. 

 Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance research methodologies. 

Report Generation and Presentation 

 Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings. 

 Communicate complex market analyses in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders. 

 Present findings to senior management, traders, and other relevant departments. 

Collaboration Facilitation (Sales team) 

 Bridge the gap between research and sales teams by analyzing market insights, translating data-driven findings into actionable sales strategies, and continuously refining approaches to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. 

 Provide professional training, briefing and guidance to the internal sales team.

I graduated with a major in Finance and Investment in the year 2018. At this point in time, I am also pursuing my study at CFA institution where currently I am a level 3 CFA candidate.
