- Advanced project management skills. Demonstrates ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility and manage budget plan.
- Knowledge of complex routed internal networks.
- Leads projects and/or technology initiatives and applies innovative solutions to the administration of the Network Security team.
- Leads effort to monitor, evaluate, and maintain the security and integrity of the global systems, to safeguard data systems.
- Identifies potential threats and responds to reported security violations, analyses cause of security violations and recommends corrective action to ensure data security.
- Serves as a technical lead on the team and mentor's other technical staff.
- Lead the engineers to design, implement, and maintain firewall policies.
- Plans, acquires, and manages the installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the RGA network.
- Evaluates new strategic software and hardware solutions for future potential and provide recommendations to department management.
