    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Responsible for the daily administrative document work of the office
    • Responsible for the entry and exit procedures, including employee entry and exit procedures and the distribution and collection/recycling of office stationery, badges, and seat badges
    • Responsible for the management of sending and receiving documents, including sending and receiving documents, faxes, newspapers and periodicals, and registration
    • Responsible for assisting air ticket and hotel booking, expense settlement, employee attendance, employee salary settlement, etc.
    • Responsible for meeting room management, including booking and daily maintenance of meeting rooms, interview rooms and training rooms
    • Responsible for assisting the company in various meetings
    • Responsible for purchasing the items needed by the office
    • Responsible for the company's daily journal records;
    • Other front desk related work.

    Job Requirements

    • Work experience is preferred, accept fresh graduate interns
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English, good communication skills
    • Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, teamwork awareness
    • Proficient in the use of computer and mobile phones
