- Reporting to the management on the Business Management System/BMS (integrated quality management system) performance, including analysis of trends and issues arising from audits and reviews
- Working collaboratively with the Regional BMS Manager and Internal Auditor/BMS Advisors and process owners to drive improvements in the identified areas.
- Developing annual BMS KPI Plan based on the regional BMS KPI Plan and BMS trends in consultation with the Regional BMS Manager
- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the BMS requirements
- Promoting a positive BMS culture and continual improvement of BMS
- Communicating changes to the BMS, along with the benefits and impacts and providing BMS advice to the general management and staff.
- Organising and overseeing the delivery of any BMS-related training, including unit-specific training in collaboration with the Internal Auditor/BMS Advisor
- Attending opening and closing meetings for all external audits and coordinating responses to corrective action requests and audit findings
- Supporting projects and teams during client or other external audits
- Producing monthly Unit BMS reports and additional reports as and when required by the management.
- Producing six-monthly review reports for the Territory Managers and communicating the findings across the Unit to drive improvements, and
- Producing an annual Unit BMS review
- Your experience in project management and knowledge in quality management systems, accreditation standards, and audit processes to drive the quality, compliance, and excellence across the Unit.
- You will demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), English language comprehension, attention to detail, analytical skills to identify trends, and an inclination to learn new systems and processes and train staff on the BMS requirements.
