- Assist and coordinate matters related to sales & operations department
- Prepare quotation and processing in-coming orders
- Attend to customer enquiries and arranging deliveries
- To provide daily general sales and administration support to ensure the smooth running of day to day office and business operational activities
- To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or any field-related
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia ; Cantonese is an added advantage
- Good in communication and ability to build rapport with all levels
- Good teamwork, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
