    About the Role

    Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join CS business planning team. This position will play a pivotal role in harmonizing business plans with the company's strategic vision. Your responsibilities encompass implementing plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating alignment with organizational objectives.

    Develop Detailed Strategic Planning Framework

  • Collaborate with various collaborators to ensure detailed business plans, monitoring mechanisms, and risk mitigation are timely implemented.
  • Align business plans with strategic accelerators and prioritize key initiatives.Assist in managing financial budgeting and monthly business forecast (sales performance analysis), management reporting and monitoring tools to support strategic decision making
  • Setup, Drive & Monitor Strategic Execution Framework

  • Support cross-functional teams in new product launches and critical initiatives. Assist in implementing marketing activities to achieve strategic important metrics.
  • Internal Communication & Change Management

  • Assist in communication of CS performance with AIA Malaysia and Group Corporate Solutions team members including relevant reporting commentaries and presentations Contribute to change management activities for CS central initiatives.
  • Alignment & KPI

  • Collaborate on designing processes that support central initiatives. Assist in designing and monitoring new Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 7+ years of working experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail
  • Business forecasting capabilities
