    Job Description:


    We are looking to bring on a change agent in the form of a business data steward who will be responsible to map and understand key business processes, the critical customer data required for those processes, and design optimal solutions to deliver that data.

    He / she would then support change in adoption of a future state data model while enforcing compliance to security, privacy, quality and other data management principles.


    You will:

    • Measure efficiency and effectiveness of current data model in delivering intended business outcomes.
    • Manage change flows and processing data change as required for Castle system, Customer Primary data application and Master User profile system. Trouble shooting, researching, and resolving data anomalies.
    • Apply basic process principles to identify root cause, inefficiencies, gaps etc. of customer data use or availability for success of these business processes.
    • Develop knowledge and expertise on Dell's customer data ecosystem; leverage that knowledge to support the integrity of the customer data use.
    • Monitor data quality metrics and understand impacts and causes of changes in data quality. Measure performance against established policies.
    • Analyse the data, provide assessment on trends, identify, and explain variances from goals.
    • Develop In depth root cause and learning that can be leveraged by data owners to drive 'call to action' and accountability on customer data governance councils and working meetings.

    • Quick learning of 1-2 key process lifecycles (e.g., Order to Deliver to Cash, Issue to Resolution etc)
    • Process/ procedural Mapping Experience / Process Re-engineering or a background in Quality Management System / ISO
    • Expertise in SQL, Python, tableau and/ or Power BI
