- To ensure an accurate and timely month end close – journal entries and account reconciliations for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets and various other accounts
- To assist in monthly/quarterly reviews for Balance Sheet
- To coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items and resolve issues
- To assist in project implementation of new procedures to enhance the workflow of the department
- To assist in annual audit with external auditors
- To provide backup support to the Accounts Payable (Non-Trade) team as needed
- To assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- Bachelors in accountancy or equivalents/Professional ACCA accountant would have added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to work multitask with minimum supervision. - Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
- Understand on Basic Accounting concept is a MUST.
- Computer literate - Strong Excel and SAP system will be added advantage.
