    General Responsibilities

  • To ensure an accurate and timely month end close – journal entries and account reconciliations for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets and various other accounts
  • To assist in monthly/quarterly reviews for Balance Sheet
  • To coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items and resolve issues
  • To assist in project implementation of new procedures to enhance the workflow of the department
  • To assist in annual audit with external auditors
  • To provide backup support to the Accounts Payable (Non-Trade) team as needed
  • To assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
  • Bachelors in accountancy or equivalents/Professional ACCA accountant would have added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required.
    • Able to work multitask with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • Understand on Basic Accounting concept is a MUST.
  • Computer literate - Strong Excel and SAP system will be added advantage.
